Manufacturing Facilities
NEP is pioneering the use of silica gel, lost wax, green technology and
innovative molding techniques to enable automation.
NEP’s integrated approach helps OEMs take the risk out of their supply chain. We combine the dependability of a U.S. company with the agility and cost-effectiveness of a Chinese supplier. And because of our financial strength, we have the unique ability to warehouse each partner’s projected consumption of parts in North America.
Our eight wholly-owned manufacturing facilities in China produce a wide variety of high-quality iron and steel casting and forgings; whatever our partners need, we can make.
We also have industry-leading machining, fabrication, assembly and coating capabilities.
Our facilities are IATF-certified, ISO-certified, TPG process approved and VDA6.3 audit approved, and have extremely low rates of employee turnover.
Members of the local NEP management team on the ground in China have been with the company for an average of 15+ years.

NEP DD
NEP DD
Our flagship campus, NEP DD is a silica gel, lost wax, green technology steel foundry and a leader in automation, able to produce high volumes of larger molds in record time. It’s at the forefront of castings manufacturing with temperature-controlled ceramic shell coating, fully automated dipping, sand rainfall, coating for smaller molds and shell removal.
Capacity: 3600 mt per year

NEP MTT
NEP MTT
Our Tianjin-based China headquarters is home to our product development (PDT) and manufacturing and quality (MQT) teams. PDT includes engineering, purchasing and project management, while MQT supports daily management of customer forecasts, purchase orders and delivery. All teams are managed daily from NEP’s global headquarters in Raleigh, N.C.

A lost wax steel foundry and forging facility, the NEP MDE campus also houses machining, contract assembly and fabrication workshops.

NEP MACHINERY
A VDA-approved manufacturing site for machining, fabrication and assembly. NEP Machinery further processes iron and steel castings from our foundries as well as parts from long-term suppliers.
