Integrated Manufacturing and Assembly
NEP’s ten wholly owned manufacturing facilities provide industry-leading machining, fabrication, assembly and casting capabilities. We employ state-of-the-art processes such as solidification modeling along with utilizing green technologies to reduce development time, increase throughput, and keep our employees safe in the most sustainable way possible.
Our facilities are ISO 9001,14001 and 45001 certified, IATF-certified, TPG process approved and VDA 6.3 qualified.
NEP’s Quality Assurance Team performs direct audits of our plants and suppliers and is dedicated to in-process and final inspection of parts. Our testing processes include:
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
- Dimensional inspection at our full metrology center
- 3D scanning and comparator technology
Inventory Management and Delivery
NEP integrates into your EDI system, manufactures to your forecast and monitors product supply 24/7. You can expect quality parts from NEP when and where you need them, including next day delivery.
